Plain-language terms for the Crimson Tweaks software, this website and our Discord server. Last updated: October 2026.
What you get
Crimson Tweaks changes Windows and graphics-driver settings that can affect game performance. Every change is shown, saved first and can be undone. Paid editions (Premium, Ultimate, the Ultimate Combo, Crimson Macros and Crimson Precision) are one-time purchases for the edition you bought. A license key is for one PC at a time; moving to a new PC is handled through a ticket.
No performance guarantee
Results depend on your hardware, drivers, game version and what was limiting your PC before. We do not promise any FPS number, percentage or latency figure. The app's own benchmark shows what changed on your PC.
Your responsibilities
Use the software on PCs you own or are allowed to change. Some optional tweaks lower a security protection; they are labelled, never applied automatically and need your confirmation. Keep Windows' restore points and the app's backups. Do not share, resell or publish license keys or paid downloads.
Games and anti-cheat
Crimson Tweaks does not modify game files, inject into games or interact with anti-cheat. Game publishers make their own decisions, and no third-party tool can guarantee them. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games.
Accounts
You sign in to the website with Discord. We can suspend website access or license keys for abuse, chargebacks, key sharing or fraud. Refunds and chargebacks are handled as described on the refunds page.
Liability
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
