Creator program terms
The rules the creator program's software follows. The current rate, cookie window and hold period are shown on /creators. Last updated: October 2026.
Attribution
Last click: visiting your link (crimsontweaks.com/r/your-code) sets a cookie for the cookie window. A purchase made on that browser within the window is credited to you. Our server records the purchase only after Stripe confirms it.
Commission
Rate × the amount the customer paid after discounts, excluding tax and minus refunds. Stripe's fees are not deducted. A personal rate agreed with you is shown in your dashboard.
Hold, approval and payout
New commissions are pending during the hold period, which covers refunds and chargebacks. The team then approves them. Approved commissions are paid by PayPal or bank transfer once they reach the minimum payout, and only show as paid after the payment was actually sent.
No commission
- Purchases by you through your own link (same Discord account or email)
- Refunded or charged-back orders: the commission is reversed; if it was already paid, the team settles it with you (normally against future commissions)
- Orders while your account is suspended, or sales from fake reviews, misleading performance claims, spam or paid traffic on our brand name
Your data
Your dashboard shows clicks, purchases and amounts, never who bought. Other creators cannot see your numbers. See privacy.
Changes
We can change the rate or rules for future sales with notice in the dashboard; commissions already earned keep the terms they were earned under.
