Asking for a refund

Open a Payment ticket in our Discord with your order number. Tell us what went wrong; often it can be fixed. Requests are reviewed by the team, and nothing here limits rights you have under your country's consumer law.

What happens to access

• Full refund: access to that purchase ends. Its Discord role is removed, the license key is reported as revoked, and paid downloads are no longer offered for it.
• Partial refund: access stays.
• Chargeback opened with your bank: access is suspended while the bank decides. If the dispute is decided in our favour, access comes back automatically; if not, it ends as with a full refund.

A role that staff gave you for a separate payment (for example PayPal) is never removed because of a website order.

Problems on our side never cost you access

If an email or a Discord update fails, your purchase stays valid. Your keys are always in your account, or in a ticket.
